Earlier for improving password usability and securityrnmultiple graphical password schemes are proposed and one of the importantrnaspect of the graphical password schemes is security so this is useful for thernintroduction of attacks and also provides an in-depth analysis with specificrnschemes and they are categories in four way as according to authenticationrnstyle and provides introduction and analysis for each schemes highlight securityrnaspect. Edge pass uses to extract the edge of pass image for a graphicalrnpassword. It is technique which based on calculating area in plane bounded byrngraph and this is the first step in graphical password system. It uses edgerndetection, image fusion and high frequency element extraction so the basic idearnof algorithm is to be found process pixel I(x,  y) is dark or light if it is light that isrnpixel I(x,  y) then it can be called asrnedge else it should be background.
