Proposed research paper is to design and development of bottom scraperrnto perform MDF stirrer and feeder operations in pulping equipment. In thisrnresearch paper analytical analysis carried out of modified bottom scraping unitrnin MDF Processing machine. Research work gives solutionrnfor developing the bottom scraper with flat Weldment which is made by usingrnweldment techniques standard material plates, Bottom scraper looks z shaped fromrntop view and circular hub is designed to hold the structure of bottom scraper.rnOn the basis of mathematical calculation, it is prove that the strength in designedrnbottom scraper. Along with agitation process of pulping stirrer is alsornconsidered which is mounted on top of the bottom scraper hub.
